Payment

The only extra cost is the city tax that currently is 0,50 € per night. 

The guests can show either physical or digital form of the reservation confirmation that they received. 

It can be arranged after specific inquiries. It depends on the availability and the period.

Reservation

It differs depending the rate that guest selected. There are flexible rates that the reservation can be canceled  few days before the arrival or non-refundable rates that cannot be cancel freely.

That refers to our cancelation polity. If a reservation is canceled during the free cancelation period then the whole amount will be refunded whenever that may be.
